I was watching the Hawaii game and i thought Colt Brennan was a gimmick QB. But dude is really good, hes big and strong and can make all the throws. I wonder how high he would be drafted.

Depends on the rest of the season.

After one game, I say he goes right behind Brohm out of Louisville. Brennan will be another QB in a long list of run-and-shoot QB's who like gold in college, but flounder in the NFL.

Brennan from Hawaii definitely #1 and the Louisville QB #2 both will go probably 1 to 4 in the draft

Colt Brennan this, Colt Brennan THAT! Im so sick of this overrated QB whos hardest game is against a team that looks like a High School team! Put this guy in the SEC or Big East and lets see if he throws for 6 touchdowns in a half NOPE! I DONT THINK SO! Brian Brohm and Andre Woodson are the best QBs in the Nation with Brohm having the edge. I live in Ky and have watched the both of them and having tackled Brohm myself in a high school game when we played Trinity, by the way we got KILLED, but this guys amazing! He comes from a killer long line of good QB material. I bet anything he is the first QB taken in the draft if not the #1 overall pick. As for Woodson, have you seen UK's line? OMG! Their horrible! They have two guys that are friends of mine who I played ball with starting on the line, one of which is good but not great and the other is just a freshman. Woodson stepped up amazingly last year going from 6 td 6 int to 32 td to 7 int. Thats killer! LOOK AT HIS SCHEDULE! Florida, LSU, Auburn, Georgia, Tennessee, Louisville, and other good teams. If Brennan is drafted higher than Troy Smith was this past draft, ill be amazed!

Colt is a lot more than a gimmick quarterback. He certainly benefits from the June Jones always-throw-never-run offense, but that only accounts for yardage and TDs. His completion % last year was the highest in the nation, and his QB efficiency set the NCAA record. It was something like 187.5.

Colt is not a system quarterback. His predecessor, Timmy Chang was a system quarterback. Although Chang holds the record for most career yardage, his completion % and efficiency are no where near Colt. And watching Timmy in action was painful, as he'd often throw as many INTs as TDs in a game. Not so with Colt.

I believe Colt is the best QB in college football. Of course, he will never win the Heisman and will never be given credit as the best QB in college because he plays for UH in the WAC, and UH's schedule is ridiculously bad this year. He'll never get an opportunity to really shine except against Boise St. and a Bowl Game. But if you keep watching, you'll be surprised how good he is. And if NFL scouts are watching and ignore his sidearm throwing, there's a lot of pro teams that could benefit from having him.

Slingin' Sammy Baugh, In an era whilst 10 passes in a interest become considered extravagant, Baugh threw as many as 40 passes a interest, his ability replaced the sport into what this is now, with out him there could be no mannings or montanas

Pat White West Virginia QB with a running backs mentality 2,171 yards after only 17 starts. He is also already 8th on the list of most total offense in a career in West Virginia school history White is also fourth most in school history of career rushing touchdowns White's 15 -2 record as a starter he has a arm but it is rarely seen but has passed for 2675 yards in his first 17 starts everyone says he cant pass but with the type of offence WVU has he dosen't need to as often he is also a model student . Colt Brennan on the other hand has showed his lack of leadership while as the University of Colorado Brennan entered the dorm room of a University of Colorado coed uninvited exposed himself and fondled her. Brennan, who was intoxicated at the time of the incident, was arrested and pleaded guilty to charges of burglary and trespassing, but a guilty verdict for unlawful sexual contact was vacated by the court for lack of evidence. After the incident Brennan was kicked off the team. judgement or lack of overrides tallent just ask michael vick

if i had to pick based on the stats at this moment id take brennan...id like to see tampa bay pick up brennan so they can finally fix their horrible qb problem. it would be a shame to see him drafted any higher(meaning 11th or more) than the top ten in the first round.

Trust me I bleed Blue and Gold, but Brohm is the best Pure Quarterback in college football today. Wouldn't trade him for White though in our system, that's for sure!
