I think that french women are classy, chic and have an individual fashion code that suits them personally, does any one agree with me?

As I live in France I get the opportunity to observe them in great detail, They are classy and chic, they dress as individuals as well as following the trends. As for 'Time is of the Essen', French women do shave, legs, armpits etc, as do Latino women with the one exception, they don't have to shave off a moustache. French women (they inform me) dress to please men and not to please other women or to avoid their criticisms. Long live 'La Belle Femme'
