My family had a family reunion/party. I left my room unlocked,I have many young cousins and family....
I remember playing with my DS in my room and I think I left it there since it always stays in my room.Today I find that it is gone and my closet door broken also. Then the day it got "stolen" (I think) My lil sis last saw it on my bed that day.(Same day my ds it went gone)

I checked my entire house(inch by inch) and found no DS

I asked everyone at the family they said no one took it but yet my closet door was open,ds went gone same day my sis last saw it and had the party)

So what do you think..? Did my one of my family took it?

It's a shame to think one my family members taking it.... I don't want to jump to conclusions but I think it got stolen. I even told my mother and she said "To bad" she said it was my fault for leaving my room unlocked if I knew my cousins can be capable of such a thing. I'm really upset right now.... I just hope I do find it somewhere around my house,if I don't I'm screwed... I worked hard to save up money for it now it's gone, and my parents never buy me and electronics soI'm basically screwed :'(

I have an idea on who stole my DS but I need to prove it was her. Whats a nice way on telling an ADULT if they actually did steal my ds?

Ok if I was in your shoes this is how I would handle this situation.

First I would contact your aunt/uncle and explain the situation to them and that you would really appreciate if they could check their house to see if your cousin has it in his/her room. Ask politely don't act like its a emergency just be calm when talking to them and I'm sure they would be more then glad to help.

Make sure to explain to them what the Nintendo DS looks like because chances might be that your cousins might have serveral electronics laying around their room, be specific on what color it is etc...

Good Luck.

my money says one of your little cousins took it and because your closet door was broken so if that wasn't already broken it is definitely an indication that someone was in the room. unless you can friendly visit all of your little cousins houses, id just give up and try and saving up for a another one.

Sounds like your cousin or he hid it somewhere in your house where you would never find it.It may have been a prank to see your reaction after it went missing.

i can so help someone stole my stuff and she gave it back to me when i was cryin my eyes out so just pretend to cry(really badly like crying your eyes out to ur sis or cuz and maybe they will give it back you have a 97/100% chance of them giving it back.THE DOOR GOT BUSTED WOW SOUNDS LIKE A fight occured when u were sleepin so maybe ur cousins could have took it.But when i hide my sisters stuff i usually put it in a difficult spot like a draw and a bathroom Good luck sorry to here

Just remember in few years that DS will be 10 bucks at goodwill and you're not even going to want it.
