Nothing has been finalised by the 6th Pay Commission so far. It is likely that the Commission will submit report when the next election to the Lok Sabha comes close. Government has given time till February 2008 for submitting the report/recommendations.

UPA s trump card. NDA won't take risk opposing it. the Left is never sure whether to fight class or castes. as per my guesstimate the report/recommendations will almost coincide the big bugil for the next gen election.
