I sit where ever I can get the best view of what's going on outside the window.

As a student of life --- this is NOT my first class -- and I've learned enough already not to be sitting in the front !! There are a lot of these people that I don't know that well
And, since this IS a class on Life -- I know that I'm going to be in for some lessons learned -- SO -- I opt for the rear of the classroom with my back to the wall and my eyes firmly on those spread out in a vista in front of me -- I not only get the lesson being taught in class ------- but I get far fewer rude awakenings from those persons with lessons to teach of their own -- at my back !!

I usually sat in the back of the class until I was moved to the front for getting in some sort of trouble...

When I was very young I sat up in the front to absorb all.....
When I became middle aged I sat in the middle to let the beginners have the front and the elderly people in the back takin' it easy.
NOW? I am the elderly and I sit in the back laughin' my butt off watching the younger and middle aged ones trying to learn from THEIR MISTAKES like I did.

most of the time i sit on the front but when "PHYSICS" class started i'm eager to sit at the back or change places with the students at the back cause my professor always asking me this very hard questions, she's always on my face...

Probably in the middle. I like for others to take the lead so I can learn from their mistakes and advise the ones in the back with what I have seen.

Well since mostly in every classroom I go to, we all sit in a big square and can see across the room to see what everybody else is doing, I guess it really doesn't matter.

well, it depends on the classroom and professor. i've sat in the middle and in the very back. i usually liked to sit in the first or last row. i didn't like having people sitting next to me on both sides. btw, this was when i was in college. i didn't care about cheating. i studied hard and didn't want people to cheat off me.
