I am a man and I think it would make more sense to pee standing up. Most men do these steps when they pee standing up.
- Lift Seat Up
- Unzip fly
- Locate penis
- Move body closer to the toilet
- As the urine starts to go men usually step back
- As the pee starts to dwindle men move foward again
- They shake their penis to let loose all of the left over urine
- Re Insert Penis
- Zip Up Fly
-Put Seat down
Although some men don't care where they pee at some men lift up the seat unzip pull it out and pee all over.

A 30yr old guy i use to work with said he peed sitting down at home to avoid a mess, and in any other bathroom he peed standing. Your boyfriend may really be trying to avoid a mess.

Shhh. pls dont tell anybody! ... but I pee sitting down when it is the middle of the night, the lights are off... and I am sort of still half asleep wondering how I got there!
Sometimes I am even sitting on a toilet!

I can't see that it matters whether a man stands or sits to pee! I stand, but that's just me. He should do what he wants in this respect.

Why would you want to do it unless you have to . Much easier doing it standing up. Just unzip, pull it out, pee, shake and zip up. that easy.
No having to take pants down.
Supose in the end what he does in the toilet is up to him.

some guys do pee sitting down, and its okay for them to do so. hey look at it this way you dont gotta wipe pee off the toilet seat, and you dont gotta keep putting the seat down!

Who the heck cares ? If you clean the bathroom then you will sit down.....
My mom used to make us sit......then I had a g/f that actually thought it was a bit gay to sit. WHAT ???? "I am peeing" i answered.......

One of my friends used to make her husband sit on the potty because she said she was tired of cleaning up after him. He came to stay with us when she got a boyfriend and they later divorced but I remember walking in on him in the bathroom and he was sitting and he was not in there long enough to be doing anything other than number one...and I lost all respect for him. I'm sure it is kinda shallow to lose respect for a guy just because they chose to sit while peeing but I could NEVER imagine my mama telling my daddy he needs to sit while peeing! Have some balls!
