I once bought floor tickets and that was the last time I did that.... Hopefully, it will be different for you.

When I went to a concert with floor tickets "back in the day" (1985), I found myself sitting on the floor before the concert started and compressed into crowds of people trying to rush the stage after the band made it to the stage.

At the time, it was fun because I was 5-10ft from the stage and I could see the sweat on the Pages face during his 20 minute guitar solo. However, I also remember having to protect my ribs from the crowd "compaction" as every concert goer tried to move closer and closer to the stage.

Ultimately, I found a chair just off of the floor where I watched the remainder of the show.

Have fun BUT be careful and (most of all) enjoy the show.

Yes, usually you can stand anywhere on the floor but pay attention to the guy warning you about people crowding the stage. Try not to get so close that you get caught up in any surge. The people will crush you against the barriers (if there are any) and you can break some major bones while they're trying to touch their idol. A good friend broke her pelvis at a Kiss concert. Gene attempted to stop the show, seeing she was hurt, but it made things worse. Security had to literally pull her out of there and she had torn arm ligaments to add to the broken bones. Beware of the crowd!!

If it's called stadium seating, yes, anywhere on the floor. Check your ticket and see if there is a seat assignment. If there is, you're in a seat.
