Never trust another guy alone with your woman. It's good that she told you and everything but... I would explain to her my concern with that and let her know that it doesn't sit well with u in a respectful manner though.

If he's talking to your wife everyday then it really means that the guy really is interested with your wife. But you don't have to worry because I think that your wife definitely is not interested with the guy. You have to trust your wife in that matter. Why? Because she's able to tell you that the guy also past his shift just to talk to her. You know an unfaithful wife will definitely hide it to her husband. But your wife truly is trust worthy. Just tell your wife that if it happens more than twice then she should just ignore the guy. Because it may her so much trouble.

He wants your wife. Yes, he is interested. She may like the attention, but she loves you enough to tell you about it.
TRUST your wife, because she loves you and it seems she pretty much tells you everything. You are a lucky man to have a woman like this. I'm sure there are others who would keep this a secret. Your wife needs to let him know he is trying to hard and to move on.

it would seem he maybe interested on her
does he have a girlfriend or wife
it doesn't make it right
maybe they are just talking
I have a friend at work who my husband and I are friends with outside of work
I mean I am more so than he
but we have trust and honest and open communication
talk to her your wife
and be glad she tells you
its when she stops you need to worry
and besides if she didn't like it she would tell him to go
maybe she enjoys the company as she may feel she is missing out on something with you
talk to her

I would be concerned. I wouldnt stay 2 hours past any shift for any reason so he must have a motive and its not good. If I were you I would complain to the manager.

probably this guy enjoys talking to your wife because she is sensitive and she's a good listener...could also be that he is interested in your wife and her being married doesn't seem to bother him...but this doesn't necessarily mean your wife is interested in him either...i think you should talk to your wife about it...tell her you're becoming jealous with the attention this other guy is giving her...no harm telling your wife you are jealous...in fact it will make her feel happy that you still care about her..if she tells you that its nothing and that he's just a friend...invite him for dinner and get to know him better...remember the saying "its good to keep your friends close and your enemies closer"...you can know for yourself what this guy's intentions are with your wife.

If it were once in a while, he probably finds her an interesting friend. Continuously sounds like he is interested in her. She needs to make it clear that she isn't interested, and is happily married.....without being rude, of course, unless it becomes necessary.

Why can't you - & the other respondents here see the obvious answer ...
SHE is the one instigating the conversation. She has found someone she can talk to. You are obviously lacking in the verbal communications department & she has found someone of the opposite sex to discuss various topics with.
Everyone who has answered here blunder in with what they think is the obvious answer - "He's trying to get into her pants, watch out!" They're wrong, pal!

From my own experience Yes he has a bad motive and you need to encourage you wife to stop because it happened to me the same way and this man had a serious crush on me .I was his boss .So go figure ,not good she needs to step away from it ,people have no respect for married people n more .Best to you
