one day my mom was picking me up from school and she saw my friend and her cousin talking to a bunch of guys and my mom took it the wrong way like flirting and stuff shes become more over protected ever since my sister got pregnant and as soon as i got on the car my mom told me not to talk to my friend anymore because she thinks shes "bolada" in spanish bolada means like idk like a dater, flirter, stuff like that and my mom dosent want to become like her and now that im going back to school my mom has told me not to talk her i love her shes my bestfriend whos been there for me just because that day my mom dosent want me to talk to her what should i do to make her understand that shes not a bad person or a a bad influence thank you

she wasnt doing anything her cousin was talking to the guys but my mom thinks she was tlaking to the guys also i tried to tell her but she wont understand

Have your friend talk to your mom. Arrange with your mom a date that your friend can talk to her. Tell your mom that you want her to take the opportunity to talk to your friend and get to know her better before she judges her.

I had a problem with this once. Try taking your mom out for coffee (or something where she cant be distracted or walk away)and tell her all the nice things she has done for you and why you consider her a friend. Tell her she has raised a responsible daughter and to trust you in the friend choices you make. Invite her over for dinner to show your mom she is a nice girl.

Was this friend just flirting, or was she behaving in a very sexual way? Was she saying bad things or using vulgar language?
If so, I see why Mom doesn't like her.
But if it was all just inocent flirting, ask Mom if you can maybe invite this girl over to your house for a visit so Mom can get to know the friend. Who knows, they might turn out to get along great.
