I have a terminal lung disease, diabetes, gerds, and high blood pressure with anxiety attacks. I know we tow a hard line staying alive. I want to let others know that I am praying for them, too.

I know there are other disabled out there and we depend on yahoo answers as an outlet and a way to keep in touch with the world outside. We don't want to be treated different. Laughter IS the best medicine. Let's all laugh together.

Your heart is showing again ! It's beautiful that with enough of your own problems, you pray for others too. THANK YOU !

. I'm Disabled. I broke my neck, both sides of my collar bone smashed my left shoulder joint into too many pieces twisted one leg around backwards and got hit in the head with the motorcycle that I crashed resulting in the mess I am now. I live on Morphine and muscle relaxers so I can walk and I am a mechanic that works when I can. I'm sorry you have to fight that many foes. I' m lucky that I can still be doing as well as I do. I do feel fortunate to still be alive because the accident I had usually kills. I lost both my Parents 7 years ago. Cancer got my mom and diabetes got my dad. They both passed 2 months apart, My dad lost both his legs and it finally attacked his organs, so I know only too well how insidious diabetes can be. My mom was someone I thought would easily out live me. but lung and brain cancer took her. If you like you can find my email address and email me,. You are much braver than I ever could be. My problems are minor in the great scheme of things. I would like to know you better, I think of the courage you must muster everyday. It would be beyond me. I would not tell the world about myself , I would be looking for the easy way out.Like I always do. . I wasn't going to reply with this much information about myself, I guess thats not an option now is it ? I wish I had your courage. I will think of you, and I hope you have some good days ahead. Now I'm going to think of you all night, have a good night.

My friend,
You have my respect.
Know that you have the ability to help people help themselves in life. Keep up the fight.
I am praying for you and those who are experiencing this part of life as well.
I will strive to achieve enough so that a difference could be made to give reasons for people to be happy.
Love from a human friend,
Eric Chua YS.MY
P.S : Two slipped discs and a cracked spine on my back suffered during army. It's good that it happened, I knew I was a human then... and things can happen.
Live strong my friend :)
here's some love :) :) :) *HUGS*

closing a group do not affects this (closing a group affects two things: 1) you cant reverse it or reset it and 2) access to group is now limited to gain members)- allowing members to hide their e-mail addresses does. if you allow hiding e-mail addresses, there is no reversing it, you then lost the poll feature for good and it is a mistake made by many. there is red text warning this is non reversible. sorry an option is to create another group and disable all posting features and other web features, only enable the polls. that's what one of our groups had to do.

I have a disability but it's small compared to all that. I'll say a prayer for you tonight too. You should make a 360 page so we can stop in and say "hi" to you once in a while.

No I do not have a disability. But I do have several medical conditions. These do not make me "disabled"
And your points is?
(by the way - I am NOT questioning what you said nor am I saying that you are not disabled. But having those conditions described by you does not in itself make you "disabled". There is a difference. It is when those conditions stop you from functioning within what we considered daily living task or you need extra support and assistance - THAT, is when you have a disability)

I am so sorry to hear about this. I feel silly complaining but I suffer from depression and anxiety attacks. My husband passed away 5 years ago and I'm coping the best I can. Thank you for the offer of prayer and I will do the same for you. God bless
