Don't worry about it. The most common major for freshmen is "undeclared". You will be taking a lot of different general ed requirements, and may get a good idea from that, or from talking to others, of what interests you. If you still feel lost in a semester or so, talk to your advisor. S/he may be able to give you some suggestions or put you into a program which will help you decide.

I'm now a junior in college, and I remember how lost I was my freshman year. I had no idea what I wanted to do, so I basically just took a bunch of random classes, I know it sounds like a waste, but it really helped me out. I mean, I took lit courses, psyche courses, even drama courses. I finally found my niche, as you will- it just takes time.

Talk to your advisors, go to the career counseling center, take a career aptitude test. It's amazing how much they can help. A lot of people don't take advantage of the wonderful programs most colleges have. Talk talk talk to people in various majors and get their input as well.

IM GOING TO BE A FRESHMEN TOO! (in college right?) anyways just find your passion if you like to cook be a chef. if you like to draw be an artist. just look into what youre interested in.

Wait and take courses in areas that you have interest in.

Declare you major later.

Most people change their majors, jobs and careers numerous times.

it's a good opportunity to get your liberal arts requirements out of the way - take all different classes and see what piques your interest
