the answer im looking for is not animated gif... i know what that is i want to know what the name of these graphics are... b/c i can not remember...

i am not disputed the fact that it is an animated GIF... that was not my question... these little graphic have a specific namethat i can search and find them with its some sort of banner of some type... or button or thingy... and that wat i want to know... im not computer retarded i know how to check what type of file someting is... so dont answer if all you are going to say is GIF

That IS an animated gif.
What are you looking for? Icon? Avatar? It isn't either of those.
Are you thinking of Clipart?

Just right click the picture and go to properties it tells you that it is a .gif file just for future reference
