Well on the site here:

The Rock'n'Rolls are the most popular swing dance shoes for men and women in the whole Bleyer family. It is the one we recommend for beginners, and it remains the shoe of choice for advanced swing dancers at well. It has the synthesized special sole.

it says that their for boys and girls and that their for beginers but hey!

And I want to lindy in them, i've been learning it in my ballroom and yeah,

I like the wings....

and I do kind of just want them to look cool but also to practice in! because my standard and latin shoes are to slick.

But yeah that's where I'm at

talk back,

Ok, first off the type of shoes you're looking for are "Two-Toned Wing Tips". The link for the shoes you have posted are girls shoes. (Rule number one, don't by girls shoes if you're a guy.)

Basically any new dance shoe is going to run anywhere between $40 and $80 (you can pay more than that though), but before you go making that purchase, you have to ask yourself, are you purchasing the shoe specifically for dancing better or for looking cool? What is your swing dancing level/skill at?

Wing Tips are generally leather soled shoes and are very "fast" (or slippery) on a wood dance floor. If you are a beginner this can make dancing difficult because you won't have much control and can slip and fall (very embarrassing), which is why I normally recommend not buying fast shoes right away. If you're a beginner, stick with some tennis shoes till you get your feet wet.

Additionally, do you dance East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, or Lindy Hop?

East Coast Swing is normally the first type of swing step beginners learn, and it's 6-counts (side, side, rock step). If you're planning on just dancing east coast, you'll be fine with the wing tips.

West Coast Swing is a ballroom swing that's normally not danced to swing music (typically it's danced to pop, blues and country) and most dancers I've seen like a good jazz sneeker rather than wing tips.

Lindy Hop is the orginal swing dance of the 20's, 30's, and 40's, that was created in Harlem and migrated over to California, where it was equally popular. If you are unfamiliar with Lindy Hop, check out this video:

If you're interested in dancing like this, I recommend sticking with the tennis shoes for now. When you get more advanced you can switch over to a faster shoe, but most lindy hoppers doen't wear the two-toned shoes. They wear white captoe shoes or "bucks" because that's what the original swing dancers wore when they danced.

Anyways, here are some links for shoes:

When you're ready to make the investment on a good swing dance shoe, I recommend Aris Allen shoes. They've become the standard shoe in the swing dance world (and if you watch the video I posted, most of the guys are wearing their shoes):

Additionally, you can always keep an eye out for cheap shoes at your local 2nd Hand Store (like Salvation Army or Goodwill), but just make sure you don't buy someone's old golf shoes (they come in 2-tones but have cleets on the bottom).

I hope that helps!

### Additional Details ###

Bleyer's used to be the #1 dance shoe for swing dancers in 1999. Since Aris Allen's have come out, lindy hoppers don't even wear them any more (leads and follows). My recommendation is to hunt on ebay and your local 2nd hand store for whatever style of shoes you want, while saving up for a pair of Aris Allens.

Additionally, the cheapest pair of shoes I ever bought ($20) were original 1930's Bucks off of ebay. I had them re-soled with a solid wood heal for about $50, and they've been the best pair of shoes to dance in since.

I personally like to go with the bucks because they're historically accurate, and you can wear them with black, Khaki, brown, blue, and grey pants. If you wear 2-tones then you're sorta stuck wearing black.

The Association lets you take control of a team in the current NBA and experience what it's like to manage a team. You can do everything in this mode, from trading with other teams, to hiring staff members to scout players on other teams. The trading system has also leveled up. You won't be able to get someone like Lebron James for your worst player.

Just of the players I have actually seen in person, I'd have to say Ken Griffey Jr. and David Justice had the "sweetest" swings. In my opinion, Reggie's was more violent...when I think "sweet" I think "graceful." My all-time favorite swing was Will Clark....It was big and graceful but also had a arrogant viciousness about it.

try consignment shops and goodwill stores; not only are you able to find vintage stuff, but it's also likely to be cheap and broken in.
