Everything. I hate grocery shopping, but I guess I'd have to say finding the items on my list, especially the items that are "on sale" and not being place in their "usual" spot.
Secondly, the high cost of groceries -- so when I check out and pay the cost.

the elderly people who could visit the supermarket ALL WEEK if they wanted to, but choose saturday morning with everyone else because they've "always shopped on a saturday".
the puny size of the aisles in australia (ie narrow compared to a tesco's in britain)
the saturday staff on checkouts. going as sloooow as possible.

Fat people in the middle of the aisle.
Someone who gets all of their items figured out and then digs around for their check book or credit card.
A moron who takes more than 20 items in the 20 ITEMS OR LESS line.

Well for me it is because all of the food and I want to eat it all but I wont let myself. I also am a obsessive buyer of food which is not good. The last thing I bought for no reason was a cheese ball, wtf. I kinda have an eating disorder.
