I'm worried about killing my perennials but the crabgrass is getting bad! What can I do?

Ortho makes a crabgrass and weed killer that comes in a big, green gallon-size container with it's own pump-style, squirting apparatus. I've used it and it works well except that it may still burn the lawn--even though it's not supposed to (according to the label). Just try to stay clear of the perennials. With this particular squirter, you will have good control of what you spray.

Crabgrass is BAD NEWS. Short of using several sticks of dynamite under the circumstances- your BEST bet is pulling out as MUCH as you can get your hands on before Winter die back occurs- & then putting some pre-emergent weedkiller down, next Spring. It's your ONLY hope... :(

you can get crabgrass killer or just kill the whole yard and start over...depending on how much money you have and what you want to do.
