I'm starring you.
Well,to tell you the truth everyone from top to bottom is equally corrupt.
The most appropriate and fair result in order not to deprive any of the politicians of this coveted title would be a tie among all the politicians in India ;)

You should have asked :
"Who is the least corrupt ? "
That would have been easier to answer !!!!!!
