Aside from the ones mentioned, like the production people and the actual posers, you definitely need a merchant account that will allow you to accept credit card payments. Hey, you want to earn, right?A word of caution though, porn businesses are considered high risk so you may have a hard time getting a merchant account.

Which part? Movies? Paraphanalia? Accessories? Furniture? You're not giving us enough info.
You'd need for sure a business license with the state you reside in, and a business name, a bank account in the name of the business, and a shipping address.

Depends what part you are interested in. As an actor it is easy you just need to act.
Directors, camera, lightings, producers and other trades would be different.
