The problem is that Vick was forced by the legal system to be a changed man. He didn't use better judgment on his own, he had to get caught, lose a fortune, lose his personal freedom, damage his future before he even showed an ounce of remorse.

Several blogs, commentaries, opinions, have stated that if he had come clean from the beginning (in other words, be open and honest from the moment he got caught), he would not have been vilified in the sporting community and would have quickly re-gained favor with the fans for his honest contrition.

The apology he issued seemed forced or, more likely, remorseful for what he finally realized he lost than a sincere apology for doing something wrong.

He is not changed. He will not change. He cannot change. Ingrained in his menatl make up is this behavior. He does not want to change. He is a liar.
Plain and simple. Nothing more than a street thug that hit the money and just doesn't know what to do with it. All his crying and claim to have found god is a crock of sh_t.
As others have answered if he didn't get caught he would still be at it.
Actormyk, good answer.
More jail time for the S. O. B.

Hardly. I think he would say or do anything to get back to playing in the NFL (or CFL or wherever) and try to get this monkey off his back. There's also the matter of millions of dollars he may be without. But he's not changed. He needs to be thrown in prison and THEN thrown into a pit with a savage prisoner and made to fight for his life just to see what it feels like. And if he survives one day, he gets thrown back in the pit the next day.

Dogs give unconditional love to us. A beaten dog will go back to a savage owner on the off-chance that the next time it won't get beaten. Dogs are not naturally violent or cruel; people are. And Vick needs a big ol' taste of his own medicine. He needs to be beaten and then crawl back into his cell and lick his wounds and hope that the next day will be better. And the next day he needs to be beaten again.

Dear,

Of course Vick a changed man. He has turn to a new leaf.

It's normal. After every confession, any man will be a new man.

He'll back to what he is.

Care for him. Lead him. He'll be most beneficial.

Vick is definitely a changed man because a few months ago he was on top of the NFL. Now he is almost out of the NFL. His financial future is in jeopardy. Some say he will not work in the NFL again. I think he will find a job. His lawyers are working right now to rehabilitate his character so that the judge will hopefully give him a light sentence.

I don't know if he has found Jesus. That remains to be seen. I know I will be praying for him.

I think he will be a changed man,but for the wrong reasons. I feel that if he never was caught,he would still be fighting dogs.I don't think one day a light would come on and all of a sudden he would stop cause it was wrong. I think losing 130 million dollars, endorsements, and respect hit him like a ton of bricks. He will change for the better and that's good, but i wish it would have been because he grew up and realized it on his own.

I think he's very changed from the 'great guy' he portrayed himself to be up til a few months ago.

Past that, I think he's running some game to try and save face by suddenly 'dicsovering Jesus', who had apparently been hiding behind a tree in his yard.

I won't judge now. I'll judge in a year and a half when he gets out and what he has done with his life. A few pretty words and I'm saying sorry doesn't mean anyhting to me. Actions speak louder then words in my book.

Changed? If his so-called friends wouldn't have gave him up he would still be lying today just like he did to the commisioner.
