Wow I can't believe they are doing that! I don't know if my answer would be considered a fresh perspective, but I am a smoker and I think that if you smoke outside on your own property that should be allowed, I feel like it that is completely unconstitutional and should be fought. It is your home, you pay taxes and have the personal right to do what you choose at your own home. What country are you in anyway, and aren't others upset about this too?

Yes. Private business owners have rights under the law, just as any other business in America, to ban anyone who is a threat or in violation to any rule they deem worthy. But, if they are not incorporated, they are subject to more liability for arguable issues.

Yes. Businesses have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Banning an individual - yes I'm sure they can, "We reserve the right to refuse service..."
Though if it looks like a case of descrimination, then they probably could not.

Im sure you could... the owner should have the right to restrict any customers from attending... yes! I am not a lawyer though.
