Do you mean the Versailles treaty of 1919 or another war. We need a time period. There are more than one "Peace of Paris"
possibilities.

which one? 1500's, 1700's or after WWI. If after WWI, Germany loses land, can't use it army/navy, has to pay the allies for war. Italy is not really impacted til the 1930s when Musolini took over then impact was shown.
