Do something at the beach or pier/marina area. Ideas: Boogie board at the beach. Drinks at an ocean view/marina view restaurant. Rockin Baja Lobster at the marina, or the Fish Joint on So. Coast Hwy for sushi. Pizza Port Carlsbad for great pizza and microbrews. Little Shop of Horrors starts at Moonlight Amphitheatre in Vista starting Wed...lawn seats for $18/20 and they provide the lawn chairs...you pack a picnic dinner to eat before hand there...they let you bring wine...have a potluck with friends and enjoy!
