blackberry, no thanks for your smug, arrogant reply. It's a simple question about money. I didn't say anything about happiness.

Hi, this can be any sum of money but personally id say you can class yourself as rich when money isnt a problem for you. What i mean is when you can go out spending and still have enough in your bank to keep you going.
To some people for example buying a car at say £32000 is nothing (my brothers like this). He would class this as cheap and then buy another new car in six months time.
To someone else buying a car at say £13000 is cheap. It all depends on your outgoings and what you have to spend.

If i had about £100.000 this would siut me fine and i could get by and live on it the rest of my life.

If you measure happiness by what is in your bank account I pity you. You will lead a miserable life and will never have anything but your material possessions. I work for a hedge fund manager and he has everything you can possibly imagine. He chose money over his family, friends, and religion. It is sort of a sickness I say, because no matter how much he has, he seems to never be satisfied.

A child once asked a man if he was rich...

The man replied, "Yes, I have a home, a beautiful family, and close friends who are there for me."
