He's 9 and I'm 14. I say 360 because although I like the wii the games are better for 360. We like sports games the best and I think the best sports games are for the 360. And we have a hi-def tv to play it on. He says wii because it's so cool to use the controller.

DON"T let your parents choose because they will choose the wii. It's a parent's dream video game system. It keeps you active and is affordable.
just pull the "I'm older and therefore better" card. Of course the "I'm younger and I'll cry to mommy about it" may beat yours...

my first suggestion was to get a wii, but seeing as how ur brother is only interestd in the controller, go for the 360. Trust me, the controller's coolness runs out pretty quickly, but the 360 is forever! Plus i totally agree, the games are better on 360 especially for sports.

xbox 360, it's the best of the three consoles. It has good graphics, a controller that doesn't ness up lie the Wii. and it has good games. The Wii is pretty good but, it has horrible graphics, a lot of times the controller goes haywire and it barely has any good games. zelda's the only good one, but zelda games were not meant to be fun after you beat it. Well if you like sports games then play Wii sports for the Wii. other than wii sports, the only sports games for the wii are pretty mch tennis and golf. while for the xbox 360 there's tennis golf, football, ping pong, basketball, soccer, fishing, volleyball, dodgeball, pretty much every sport.

9 and 14, eh? You must have nice jobs to afford the next gen consoles at your age. LoL.
I WOULD say 360, because of the games and graphics, but the only thing wrong with them is theyre a little unpredictable... half the people I know that have one, either had to send theirs in to get fixed at some point, or had to get new ones sent (they have extended warrenty for a reason).
If you don't mind just playing the remakes of all the old nintendo games, with the added feature of swinging your arms like a sword, get a Wii and save yourself the headache.

well he is 9 so tell your parents the good things about the 360 like HD tv and more games selections. plus tell your brother of HALO 3. and if he wants to play the wii tell him to get the game cube for 25$ the same games! and the controler sucks for the wii in nomall games. let him play call of duty 3 he will hate the wii. haha gl

either get both or get a wii, my friend had a 360, doesn't want as much anymore (well, he wants PS3, but....yea)
for wii you would be able to get SSBB, play Mario Party 8, etc.
