Currently I have a Intel(R) 8294G Express Chipset Family. Meaning I believe it is integrated. I have a couple years old Dell that I haven't used in a while, and I was wondering if I could just add that on into my computer without having any problems? the Dell is not integrated, just a normal card.

82945G chipset supports PCIe interface. If the graphics card of your Dell uses the x16 PCIe interface and your current 945G motherboard has a x16 PCIe slot, then go ahead and use it.
An AGP card on the Dell or NO x16 PCIe slot on your 945G motherboard would be a "show stopper".

I would guess that dell has a agp card.Alot of times older systems that use build in chipset didn't come with a agp port. Only way to tell is to open the computer up and see. If it does it will not be a problem.
