They don't obviously but . . .
If the other 80% is held by 5,000 people ,
It will be tough to get them all on the same page .

All depends on how the other % is spread ,
And if 1 guy can dump 20% of a company's stock in one wack ,
Then he has some significant power .

He does Not have all the say , but 20% is major .

A person does not have to own more than 50% of the stock to be the primary stockholder.

It's simply the person that owns the MOST stock. Perhaps that person owns 20%, and all other stockholders only own 2%.

20 % ownership CANNOT have all the say, but if a lot of the other shareholders are small and divided, or do not vote when issues are up for decision, one big shareholder can influence decisions pretty easily.
