If I am getting a 2.6-9 GPA, is it possible to get a scholarship. I'm very good at writting essays, but very lazy beyond belief.

Probably not. Only about 2% of college students get scholarships, and unless you are a student-athlete, a 2.69 GPA won't get you one of the few scholarships available.

Try using Fastweb.com

There are so many scholarships available that you can get one just for being red headed and left handed, or Native American, or a republican, a bisexual, telling a really funny joke or being a vegetarian!
You can get scholarships based on where your parents work or where you work, McDonalds for instance gives out a hefty one to its outstanding employees.
So don't get discouraged. Look around and you can really find some gems. But you can't be lazy about it. Just because the scholarships are there doesn't mean they'll fall into your lap because you exist.

highly doubt it.
it'll be hard to find some scholarships with your GPA range.
most scholarships ask you to have certain requirements such as a gpa of 3.0-4.0 or either major.
