Is the pool at the Mandalay Bay open year round?

We are thinking of going early Dec. I saw something here that said the pool might be closed for the season. Is that actually true????

Yes, the pool at MB is open year round

No. According to Mandalay's website, the pool is scheduled to reopens May 8th this year.
