If you want to buy from an internet site, then here are two I have gotten filters from:

http://www.denniskirk.com

http://www.jcwhitney.com

If you want a brick and mortar store, I have used Advance Auto Parts (they had to order them..K&N), and Napa.

Fram makes a full line of bike filters available at most large auto part stores. They stock some at Wal Mart as well.

One of the cheapest options is to buy your oil filter on Ebay. Here's the relevant page for you: http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-1751-2978-71/1?AID=5463217&PID=1952774&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.ebay.com%2Fsearch%2Fsearch.dll%3Ffrom%3DR40%26_trksid%3Dm37%26satitle%3Dmotorcycle%2Boil%2Bfilter%26category0%3D
