Murrays Coaches. There ae certain seat that may be available - early in the morning, internet booking only - for $15.

This is subject to seat availability. But have a look - it may be worth it.
Else - there are trains.But buses are the cheapest.

Definitely the bus, but soooooo boring and not so safe.......I'd train it if i were you....
