tell people with kids that you'll baby-sit for them...

Look for friends of your parents or a friend who has kids and ask them if they need you to watch them or something. Look for smaller siblings of your friends or even some of your cousins or neighbors. Just ask.

make a flier and put it in people's mailboxes...or you could personally go around your neighborhood and hand them out...they might like that more since you're being more personable :)
