Buckets from a Blazer pretty much any generation would be good donors, the legs are taller than car buckets and the passenger side leans along with tilting forward to access the back seat, then a matching console should be in the set as well as a matching back seat. I put a set from an 81 into a 72 once but I think I had to relocate some holes but not 100% on that memory and If you do have to do that make sure the floor is solid enough and use the biggest diameter fender washer underneath at the least for added protection. Power seats are another possible bennefit to be found/installed

Suburban Front Bench Seat

I have done a similar conversion with an 89 silverado and it actually wasnt very hard or expensive. I went to a junk yard and got 2 bucket seats and the brackets from a suburban and just drilled a couple new holes for the brackets and put them in. Just find a truck around the same year at a junkyard and get the seats. Make sure when you mount them that they are mounted securely so they wont come off in a wreck.

You can't "convert" it to a bucket seat, but you should be able to replace the bench seat with bucket seats. It won't be cheap though.

Check with J.C. Whitney at: www.jcwhitney.com/
Or one of their catalogs.

If anyone has bucket seats and a console for you, it is Whitney.

Good Luck.
