I believe the special sauce on a big mac is made of Thousand Island dressing and ketchup or mayo. (If Thousand Island is already pink, then it's mayo. If it's white, then add ketchup. I just know it ends up pink. I don't eat Thousand Island by itself, so, I can't remember.)
