Be very careful not to grow for growth's sake, and this growth can be SELF-FINANCED....

Dont breathe, eat , poop, sleep, fart, or wipe your hiney without a well thought out business plan. Show past success and future earnings capabilities, and you wont need investors, because a BANK will lend you the money.

You want to have as much ownership control as humanly possible and answer to ONLY yourself... trust me on this one...

Well all successful entreprenuers have to know their skill sets. You may not have the skill set to grow a business and that's fine becuase lots of people that start businesses don't know how to grow a business. So ask your self do you rerally know how to grow a business. Also do you have the sales volume to handle the additional employees/expenses your are thinking of hiring?

Do you have a business plan? What kind of return can investors expect?
