Heck yes wear the clothes from last year, honestly nobody is going to remember them and if they do, then they obviously have nothing to do but watch you, so be flattered! Mix and match the clothes, especially if nothing is wrong with the clothes themselves. Go to target, they have inexpensive clothes. And depending how old you are, get a job, then you can buy all the clothes you want, and you'll see how far a dollar can stretch. Shop sales, buy classy clothes. Maybe you don't realize this, but you sure will later, things are expensive to buy, especially clothes. Imagine how your parents feel, having to buy you new clothes every season...it adds up. I know its kind of a bummer going to school with not everything new, but just try to appreciate things as you get them, and you're parents are just trying to teach you something, so be open to it...it will only benifit you.

yes but its not a big problem for me cause i just transferred so no one has seen my clothes from the year before, but i did go shopping for new clothes, lots and lots! ah you should just mix and match tanks and then accessorize and jackets are a key essential to give outfits a different look and trust me not a lot of people will care if you wear the same things from last year. i transferrred schools on the third day of school so i was still at my old school on the second day and i saw so many people wearing out fits from last year and pssshst no one cares , so dont worry bout it, but you can work a little to make money and then go on shopping sprees like every couple of weeks and maybe just get two tops or one, it will still show your variety of clothes if you go shopping ofteen. hope this helped!@

How will anyone even remember that you wore those clothes last year? I'll bet almost no one at your school has an entirely new wardrobe. Just mix and match. Try going through everything new and the pieces that are still in good condition. Assign a number to everything and see how many outfits you can make. This is a store I shop at in Canada, so it probably doesn't exist where you live, but take a look at this page. http://www.reitmans.com/en/MixMatch/10items18looks.cfm?who=women It shows you how to mix and match 10 items to create 18 different looks. I'll bet you have enough clothes that you could make even more.

I know it seems hard to have to wear the same clothes again, but it's not really that big of a deal. Most people are so into themselves they won't notice what you're wearing anyways lol... & as long as your older clothes are still in good condition, you can mix & match & make new outfits :]
PS: get a job :P

You are a spoiled... I am a number of years older than you and when I went to high school, we did not have the money or were there the clothes that the young kids have now. We HAD TO DO with what we had and what was handed down. A pair of jeans, shoes and a shirt or two.
IF the kids now days had to go thru the earlier years, THEY just might be scared......
Come on KIDDIES, GROW up some. and quit your complaining. You are spoiled just way too much.

ok, i'm sorry but ur acting like a little brat. I wear the same clothes from many years back and i think they look fine! I mean why waste money on a whole new wardrobe each year if you luv wat u already have. When i go shopping i only buy things i really like or things i need. Wearing the same stuff is not as bad as it sounds, i mean no one even notices. And if u must get new clothes go trade with friends or go to plato's closet.

OMG, what a whiner! You are an ungreatful little bizo. I always have to wear the clothes from last year, I'm not rich. Besides, it's a waste. There are little children in Africa with no clothes whatsoever. Dang you are spoiled!
