I would like to ask all Roy Orbison fans, what is his best song ever, in our opinion, and why do you think that this song is the best one he did. It can be from any decade that he was active in, which is from the 1950's to 1980's.

my personal favorite is "Pretty Woman".. all of his stuff is good, but that one is my personal favorite...I won't and can't say that it is the best one he ever did...But in my mind it is...good question...Sorry i didn't answer it exactly like you wanted....

"working Scared" which became into delivered superbly at his televised "Tribute to Roy Orbison," by using close chum Benny Mardones. It sent shivers up my backbone and he have been given a plenty deserved status ovation.

Sooooo many good ones, but "Crying" is definitely my favorite. What a voice! What range! "Crying" is just an amazing display of his incredible gift.
