Only you know what makes you feel better... I can't get inside your head...
But I will say this, for me, listening to my fav music takes the edge off a bad day... then again, so does a good glass of Merlot or Shiraz.
When i'm feeling really bummed... I drag my butt to the beach watch the sun set.... that always seems to make me whole again..

I've always found a good remedy for a bad day is finding a close friend and just spilling your guts to them. It's gotta be a good friend though because they're more likely to listen to your day and care even if there wasn't one big problem. (And they give the best hugs if they're in person)
If you can't find a friend to talk to or hang out with then music is always good. Listen to your favorite song and just sing your lungs out. Get involved in the song and it helps you forget about your bad day. At least that always works for me :-)

Listen to some HAPPY music. Something that makes you feel good :)
Dance to your music~
Using energy can give you a boost a get you feeling up, so take a walk or go for a jog!
Get some good smelling potpourri or candles and smell away they can lift your spirits!
Eat a salad or have some fruit fresh produce can get you feeling fresh :)
Feel better and laugh a litte too ;-)

i dont reccomend eating b/c usually when people are sad they eat alot...or more than usual. dont listen to sad songs it just makes you feel more like crap. try talking or writting. i know it sounds corny but it does really help. talk to someone close to you or just write it down. makes you feel like you get it out instead of keeping those feelings inside.
