I always wanted to move to Oregon coastal line and buy a floating house in some quite Marina not far away from major city. Do you have any ideas that would not cost more than a half million dollars?

Start working with a reality company. They will know the values of a floating home in your area. A half million dollars sounds like a lot of money, but you may find that it doesn't float very well in the better areas.pp
