Bar Keepers Friend or Baking Soda and some water. Then use some dish soap with the baking soda. Best of luck to you.

Can't Barkeepers Friend scratch surfaces? There are several different products on the market intended for just that. Start with a non-abrasive cleaner (Krud Kutter is the BEST CLEANER EVER) and finish with a stainless steel cleaner like Stainless Steel Magic. It will clean and actually polish the surface; you apply it like a car wax. Apply, let dry to haze, buff off. Should have her shinin' like new. Good luck.

I second the above suggestions: Bar Keeper's Friend or Bon Ami, baking soda, and Dawn dish detergent (which is a good grease cutter). Once you get down to being nearly finished, there's a new product coming out or is out in larger markets, Simple Green for Stainless Steel.

Barkeepers friend is an abrasive with oxalic acid. It will dull the finish. Use oven cleaner.
Spray the surfaces, let stand for an hour or more and rinse. While you wait, check the dictionary on how to spell STEEL. (the metal) Steal is to take something, or rob.

I like to use L.O.C. Plus Metal Cleaner.
Check out the site below & type in Metal Cleaner in the search bar.
