I'm assuming you mean which animals have sex most often? That would be Bonobos, the small chimpanzees who have sex as a way to set up social status, to smooth over disputes, and in trade for food.

Humanity
Most mammals only breed during a certain season. The females give off sexual pheromones that signal the males that it they are ready to breed. Until that point they are not interested in sex at all.
Humans are unique in that they are ready to have sex all year round. It is assumed this is a way to keep the interest of the male. The primary purpose of human males is to have sex. The best survival strategy for human males is to have sex as often as possible, as quickly as possible, and with as many women as possible. This makes man the most lustful animal. To the best of my knowledge we are the only species of animal from insects on up that are able to have, and the males want to have, sex throughout the entire year pretty much from the age of 12 up to death. Most human males are sexually capable until they die.

Bonobos. They have crazy sex, and do it more often than humans do.
Some one said only humans had dolphins have sex for pleasure. Not true. Many animals get pleasure from it. Dolphins, yes, but also, as I listed, bonobos, I've witnessed it in Chinchillas (The males would also orally pleasure them selves), Porcupine females have been known to use sticks as dildos, alot of people with cats will tell you that some times they have sex, even when the female is not in heat, or is fixed. Pleasure is not limited to humans, or even to just a few select species. Many, many animals get pleasure out of sex, and seek it out for pleasure.

Even though I like that humanity answer I would have guessed a queen bee. She has enough sex in a couple of days with male drone bees to load her with enough sperm to produce millions of baby bees for the rest of her life. Now that is a lustful honeymoon.

The grizzly bear is the most lustful. It'll give you a big 'ole bearhug, furry fag.

Both humans and dolphins are the only known species to have sex for just the sheer enjoyment of the act.
