Great pals with the C.E.O.'s of the U.S.A., Dubya and Dick, and traitor to many faceless victims of his scams, former Enron C.E.O. Ken Lay conveniently "dies" before justice is finally served.

Is it remotely possible that Lay faked his death in a elaborate scheme to avoid prison and then slipped into a wealthy exile overseas?

If true, it wouldn't be the first time that Ken Lay and his pals cooked up a Texas size scam.

Possible?

How many hundreds if not thousands of lives and families did Ken Lay destroy through cheating?

Why then should any of us believe that his cheating justice is somehow beyond him and / or that he didn't swindle or blackmail his way out of serving his prison sentence? Lay had enough on both Bush and Cheney to get covert government assistance on this.

Then again, let me say this again ... Lay had enough on Bush and Cheney - more than enough to just embarrass them.

Lay was facing anywhere from 25 - 40-years behind bars. Maybe *someone* was beginning to worry Lay would sing and rat others out or talk about those private closed door energy meetings Cheney fought so hard to keep secret.

Maybe up there in Aspen while on vacation and enjoying a nice fireside dinner someone got a little more *dirty* in his Martini than he asked for or expected. If you get my meaning?

There are no pics of his dead body anywhere. IF I were him, I would have faked my death with that much money. Why did he still have vacation homes? George Dubya is Enroning the treasury right now. I havent seen where the many billions have gone. Iraq still looks like a hell on earth in all the pics I have seen.

There were hopes that this would not be discovered, but those who have figured out that Bush flew planes into the twin towers, blew up the levies in New Orleans, and countless other misdeeds have once again stumbled across the truth. Ken Lay is now rooming with Michale Jackson somewhere in the Mid-East. He sends his best!

Had he died in a boating accident, a car accident, or something like that, I'd believe he faked his death. But he died of a heart attack, and it's hard to fake dying of that. I haven't heard of many instances, real or fictional, of someone faking his death, but it's never an illness, usually an accident or act of violence.

Whether or not he faked his death, he surely cheated justice.

You seriously don't have a remote clue about which you speak and evidence of that fact starts immediately after your first comma and continues until your last period. Your question would have been more apropos had you phrased it this way; "Does anyone here hate Bush and Cheney as much as I do?" At least it would have been honest.

His death did not involve the disappearance of the body, I would have to say "no". Nice attempt at starting another conspiracy-theory story.
