some jobs are tedious and repetitive, that can be boring, i remember when i was in highschool, i did a volunteer job needed to graduate in a hospital , the job they gave me was making cotton balls, oh how boring, and i need 80 hours, so what i did was, while making cotton balls, i chat with the nurses and i eavesdropped at them doing assessments and stuff and how they dealt with everyday problems, 80 hours passed reall fast, and i didnt even noticed that i was finished. Jobs can be rewarding and not boring if you hear rewarding comments everyday and u are motivated by the results and of course if you are compensated enough.

I believe it has to do with creative stimulation. Most of the jobs I have had in the past rarely if ever encourage their employees to come up with better was to do things. It is just like when growing up and your parents told you sometime, and when asked why, they said, "because I said so." Many companies have "higher ups" make the decisions and take the thinking out of your job. Therefore, you do the same thing over and over, and get bored.

Because their bosses are infallibility-spouting mental nonentities and the work is boring. The justice system is nonexistent, there is no job satisfaction, there are no scientific definitions or value standards in place; and after fifteen minutes they realize what's happening--and can't say so to anyone because they'll get fired.
