I never put a tampon in until my flow starts....

It will be harder to put in when you are dry...and if you dont start will be very hard and hurt to take out

Wear a panty liner until you start

good luck

It is far better to wear a panty liner until your flow actually does start.

It is NEVER advisable to use a tampon except when you ARE menstruating. It is a fine way to develop a vaginal infection if you use it without having a menstrual flow.

Furthermore, if you don't start bleeding when you expect, what little moisture that is in your vagina will be absorbed by the tampon fibers and it will be MISERABLE to remove.

Yes u can do this and I do it all the time. But u must change the tampon 4-6 hours after u put it in no matter what even if u havn't started so u dnt risk TSS.

i wouldnt want to use a tampon before you would get period,i would use a pad or a panty liner to be on the safe side and while you do have your period then you can start wearing your tampons
