Strictly looks, I'd say Tom Cruise. Never did get why Brad Pitt is supposed to be hot.
Of course, it all depends on personal taste.
Although in acting abilities it might be hard to tell.

He has such great range. He can go from the silly and light hearted to intense and dramatic. Terrific energy. I hope he makes many more films.
