Two things:
(1) If the Cubs happen to make the playoffs this season, yes, they have a chance. All you have to do is MAKE the playoffs. After that, any of the 8 teams can do it.
(2) Stop blaming your losses on a fictional "curse". It makes your fan base look ridiculous. Baseball can be a freaky game. No doubt. But the Chicago Cubs are not cursed. They have 2 world championships. How bout teams like the Astros, Padres, Devil Rays, Rockies, Mariners, etc.? They have NONE. Get over yourselves.

the cubs will definitely make the playoffs, and i think they have what it takes to win the world series, as long as zambrano can get back on track. with the exception of the few games like today's, the cubs have had clutch hitting and great pitching - the makings of a championship club.

LOL! This is a funny question. You guys will barely get in the post-season and thats only because of the weak division your in. The Cubs are crumbling at the wrong time, you would think you would be better then 70-66 and only 3 games over .500 at home. And you only have a 1 1/2 game lead on the Brewers. Good luck in the PS though, cause I'm sure you will be facing my Pads!

I don't know about winning the world series but I do think they will make the playoffs and if they do win it I do think it will be gone.

dont you think its a little to early for this question...they have a one game lead in the division. There's a good chance the cubs wont even be in the playoffs so just worry about them getting in for now guy
