I just bought a 1990 Mercury Topaz and it has several problems, one is that the front two windows don't work but the back two do, and when you click the button you can hear the motor trying to work, i checked the fuse box but it's good. The other is that the turning signals don't blink, they'll turn on but won't blink, i checked the bulbs and they are good, if anyone could help me out that'd be great

Turn Signals needs a new relay.
Windows if the motors working then the window is off track (easy fix)
take the panal off door and look inside. there should be 2 metal channels that the little plastic rollers go into. just reinstall them and try window.

get new window lift motors for each side. Try to get the regulator with the motor.

Hate to give you bad news but this is just the beginning.
BTW, if the motor is "trying to run", it's not the fuse - it's ford.
