The "suspensions"
the vulgar language
the porn avatars
the appeals system
the ability of people to become fans without your approval
the glitches that cause questions to show up on the second page
that's all I can come up with for now :)
good night baby!

Block computers after contacting user with a complaint of reasons for it. This gives the decent people a chance to fight it and gets rid of the abusive users.
Thumbs done would be gone since it it usually used by haters and abusers.
Stop giving the standard form to everyone and give one that actually says what it's purpose is.
Bring back the decent users who were deleted. Make sure their accounts are in good standing.
Get rid of limited email for beginners. That's just stupid.

Hope that's enough. : )

I think the person asking should have the option of changing categories if the original category isn't attracting many answers.
For example if you ask a goofy question about health and were looking for a goofy answer, the option you get would be science, mathematics>health. And there are no humorous options to assign the question to, such as jokes and riddles.
YA take note please.

Good nite.
That's a delicate issue, but yahoo itself needs to take responsibility and make known to potential users that this can be a dangerous place to be for many, many reasons.
The experts need to come in and figure it out if they're not already here.
I am no expert, just an ordinary person.

I can't think of any that are practical to change. Better screening of questions might help, but I don't know how you would begin to do that.

If you are going to report someone you should have to give a reason that then gets emailed to that person... Anonymously of course. And when your question gets deleted by Y!A you get the reason emailed to you.
