I am not thin, but not big. I am a little curvy. Clothes like Hollister, AE, A&F aren't the most flattering on me! For girls who are curvy, what works for you?

Your best bet is to find what your best feature is and flaunt it! If you are curvy and have what most refer to as an "hourglass" figure, then I'd recommend items that flatter your waist & figure.

No need to wear "mom jeans", but nice bootcut jeans look good on just about everyone, and will balance out your hips a bit if you're curvy. (Be sure to stick w/dark washes, as those are most flattering.) Also, fitted button-down shirts & t-shirts w/shaping (ruched on the sides) or with extra details (cap sleeve, fly-away sleeve) are very pretty. Form-fitting (but not form-squeezing!!) is key...

Play up those curves, girl!! No matter what magazines say, men love girls w/curves ;)

I'm not really your size, I'm a little big, but I LOVE to go to Lane Bryant! Their clothes are DARLING! You know how if you went to Wal-Mart or K-Mart and you go to the teen or twenty sizes and their clothes look like something your grandmother would wear (no offense)? At LB, they have ones that are very cute and something my style, I'll be honest, I look awesome in them! Too bad it's not my type of clothes, LOL. (I just prefer a big shirt and jeans)

Try pants that hug your waist and sit right above your hips. Capris make not stick thin people look thin. Try some shirts that arent to baggy or too lose, like this one, only a different style. http://www.sheplaysgolf.com/Antigua413109RemarkableWomensGirlsFemaleLadiesCottonBabyRibPoloSnapPlacketCasualShirts.jpeg

hope I helped!

well what works for me is like fited around the bust then right under it is a waist band, then it flows away from the body. it is really flattering if u ask me. and to go with those shirts is like bermuda shorts. way cute. <3

One word--CLASSIC! Go for a more old fashioned look, one that's sophisticated and sleek. You'll look elegant and you'll also be showing your curves in their best light. Picture a snug, low cut cardigan with jeans, or a crochet dress that drapes lightly over your hips.

zanadi ,jlo, babyphat, seven, and daisy fuentes are just a few brands that cater to the curvier of us but if its not about brands try walmart and target youd be surprised because they are a family chain they are more likely to have normal sizes in their lines

Girls should have some more meat on their bones, I am not a fan at all of girls who are skin and bones.

More cushion for the pushin as they say.
