Does anyone know how to download videos from picasa?

There are many ways to download videos from Youtube and Google videos but i can't figure out a way to download from Picasa? Thanks.

Picasa is an application but when someone uploads to picasa webalbums and you view their album, some of which are videos, is there a way to download the video?
