1. BLT's of course.

2. Mix up some mayo with red wine vinegar & sugar (or Splenda) to make a sauce. Pour it over sliced tomatoes. Yum.

3. Tomatoe and cucumber chunks (red onion if you like it) and some feta cheese. Then pour on some greek salad dressing.

4. Fresh Basil (chopped fine) is also a nice garnish.

Or just a little salt.

I mix them with Home grown cucumbers with malt vinegar, pepper and salt. The malt vinegar is the very best with cukes! The cherry tomatoes are good with hummus. I also like tuna salad made with grapeseed mayo, cumin and lemon pepper and with tomatoes which have had fresh ground black pepper and salt added. Sometimes I'll have ripe tomatoes sliced with fresh basil and mozzarella cheese and dribbled with extra virgin olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar.

I love home grown tomatoes on a light Italian bread with mozzarella cheese, olive oil and basil. It's a wonderful Italian sandwich! Otherwise, I eat them plain.
