Get yourself a free site, they're out there, and offer up stuff to sell. It can be rummage sale stuff, books, things you don't want anymore. You will have to network to get your site seen, so people can find you to buy, but that's all about marketing and is easy if you think about it.

If you MAKE anything it gets even easier. Crafting sites like etsy.com are good. I think there's an age limit on eBay but over on Etsy.com I don't think there is.

take a high school course called e-commerce. Or just look on wikipedia all about e-commerce.
